How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our dresses are often made-to-order, shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks for production plus 3-7 business days for express delivery. We recommend ordering at least 3 months before your event.
Do you offer custom sizing for your dresses?
Yes, we provide custom sizing services to ensure a perfect fit. Simply provide your measurements (bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-floor) when placing your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-sized dresses are non-returnable as they are made to your specific measurements.
Are the photos on the website of the actual dresses?
Absolutely. All product photos feature our actual designs. Please be aware that slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting.
